1 business day response - Families or referrers contact us for a free, confidential initial consultation to receive information about our services, availability, fees and next steps.
Understanding your situation

INTAKE & REVIEW (1-3 days)
1 - 3 days - Each parent completes an intake process, relevant court orders or agreements are reviewed, risks are considered, and a service plan is developed.
Planning and Setup

SERVICE DELIVERY (Immediate)
Immediate Bookings - Bookings finalised and services are delivered in line with the agreed service plan. Each session supported by a supervisor and factual documentation recorded, as required.
Professional Support

ONGOING SUPPORT & REPORTING (48hrs)
48hrs report release - Arrangements are reviewed over time, with documentation provided within 48hrs where required. Communication maintained with relevant professionals as appropriate.
