INTAKE
ASSESMENT
$150 per parent
• Required prior to service commencement
• Covers intake processing, interview, assessment, planning and service setup
CHILD FAMILIARISATION SESSION
$100 per hour (weekday rate)
• Used to gently introduce a child to the service and supervisor
• Supports smoother transitions into supervised time
• Charged at standard supervision rates (weekend & public holiday rates apply)
• Minimum booking requirements apply
SUPERVISED
VISITATION
Weekday: $100 per hour
Saturday: $120 per hour
Sunday: $140 per hour
Public Holidays: $200 per hour
Minimum booking:
• 2 hours per session
SUPERVISED CHANGEOVERS
Weekday: $80 per changeover
Saturday: $100 per changeover
Sunday: $120 per changeover
Public Holidays: $180 per changeover
Minimum booking:
• 2 changeovers per booking
VIRTUAL
SUPERVISION
Weekday: $80 per hour
Saturday: $90 per hour
Sunday: $100 per hour
Public Holidays: $150 per hour
Minimum booking:
• 1 hour session
OBSERVATIONAL REPORTS & DOCUMENTATION
Observation and documentation are included with each service.
Minimum purchase requirement:
• Observation reports are purchased in minimum blocks of five (5) as part of service commencement.
• Additional reports are available as required.
TRAVEL
FEES
Travel is charged separately based on distance and location.
• $2 per km
• Minimum travel fee applies
• Travel costs are confirmed prior to service delivery

Payment & Invoicing
Invoices are issued in line with scheduled services and must be finalised prior to service delivery, unless otherwise agreed. We aim to keep payment processes straightforward and consistent.If you have questions about fees or would like a tailored estimate, we’re happy to talk things through as part of the intake process.
